Search Service Calls for PO Number
To search for a PO number in all service calls, follow the following steps:
- Switch Locations to MASTER Location
- Once the page reloads, on the right-hand side, you should see a Search box.
- Click on "Find: Equipment/Item" and a pop-up should appear
- Click on "Service Call"
- Type in your PO number in the input field and press the magnified glass (Search)
- You should now see the Service Call list and you may now click on the service call that matches your PO number.

You should now see the Service Call list and you may now click on the service call that matches your PO number.
