Support Options

Need help with the Portal? There is a couple of options available to get you help!

On the left-hand side of the portal the following navigation links are available for you to use:

  • POS Help Desk - Creates an email using your default email software to email the Dispatch Team to create a Service Call for you. You can also create service calls inside of the portal by following these instructions.
  • Portal Help Desk - Creates an email using your default email software
  • Accounts Receivable - Creates an email using your default email software to email the Accounts Receivable team
  • Question About Invoice - Creates an email using your default email software to email the Billing team
  • Knowledge Base - Opens a new tab that takes you to our Knowledge Base
  • Status - Opens a new tab that takes you to our Status page to see if there are any current issues/maintenance effecting the portal

On the home screen in the bottom right-hand corner, you will see a purple chat box. This chat box is for Customer Portal Support, Billing Inquiries and Accounts Receivable questions. We will get you connected to the next available agent!
