User Management

User rights can be set to manage and add another user's information. Some information is required to create a user:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip

You can delegate access to certain areas of the portal:

  • Equipment
    • View equipment under each location's inventory
  • Sales Orders
    • View/Create Sales Orders
  • Service Calls
    • Place and review service calls
  • Account History
    • See invoice history
  • Service History
    • See past service calls
  • Order By Category
    • Allow Purchases on Sales Orders (Sales Orders permission reqired)
  • User Management
    • Add, Change or Remove Users
  • Propagation to Locations
    • Allow new user to create Service Calls and access all stores on account.
