User Management
User rights can be set to manage and add another user's information. Some information is required to create a user:
- First Name
 - Last Name
 - Phone Number
 - Address
 - City
 - State
 - Zip
 
You can delegate access to certain areas of the portal:
- 
Equipment
- View equipment under each location's inventory
 
 - 
Sales Orders
- View/Create Sales Orders
 
 - 
Service Calls
- Place and review service calls
 
 - 
Account History
- See invoice history
 
 - 
Service History
- See past service calls
 
 - 
Order By Category
- Allow Purchases on Sales Orders (Sales Orders permission reqired)
 
 - 
User Management
- Add, Change or Remove Users
 
 - 
Propagation to Locations
- Allow new user to create Service Calls and access all stores on account.
