Review All Service Calls
To review all service calls, you need to be in Master Mode. Click Here for instructions on how to switch locations.
Navigate back to the Home Screen and you will see all service calls in the Service Call table located on the left-hand side of the Home screen.
To review a listing of service calls placed, click on one of the groups. History will provide a listing of all service calls.
- Pending
- Scheduled
- Dispatched
- On Hold
- Cleared
- Invoiced
- History
- After you select one of the groups, you will see a listing of all calls.
- Determine which call you would like to view and click on the blue service call number.
