Adding a Payment Method

In order to make a payment, you must have the correct user rights. To obtain rights, contact your admin user or email our Billing Team at [email protected] and provide your email address along with specific rights needed. You may receive an email back for verification purposes before rights are given.

If you do not see a number under the Payment Methods on the Account Settings tile, you need to setup a payment method first.

  1. Select Payment Methods

2. Click on Add in the top right hand corner of your screen.

3. Change your payment type by clicking on Credit Card, Checking Account or Savings Account.

4. Enter the required information and account details for the account you have chosen.

5. After you click Next, you will be directed to the screen below to enter your credit card or banking information.

All payment methods are processed securely according to PCI Standards by Net1 Payment Solutions / Paya, Inc.
