Master, Parent & Location Mode
LOCATION DEFINITIONS
Master
This mode allows you to view and manage all service tickets across multiple locations. You cannot view or pay invoices in master mode.
When you are in Master Mode, you will see "Master Location" at the top of the screen.
Parent (Corporate Account)
This is likely associated with your headquarter location. If your invoices are sent to a headquarter location, this is the location you would need to be in to see your invoices and pay bills accordingly.
Location (Store Account)
Each individual location can be accessed to view and manage service tickets. You can also pay invoices associated with each location only if your invoices are sent to each store location. If your invoices are sent to your corporate headquarters, please switch your location to the parent location.
