There are three different types of locations: Master, Parent and Location. Each user can be granted or denied access to view any of the modes and/or the capabilities available within each mode. More information is provided in the User Management section.

There are a couple of places you can switch locations:

1. At the top of the page as pictured below:

2. Under "Customer Gateway For:" as pictured below:

3. On the left hand side menu bar as pictured below:

Then click on one of the desired locations.
