Review a Service Call
To review a service call, determine if you need to be in Master Mode (view service calls across multiple stores) or Location Mode (view a single store's service calls).
Service Call Summaries will be located on the left hand side of the Home screen
To review a listing of service calls placed, click on one of the groups. History will provide a listing of all service calls.
- Pending
- Scheduled
- Dispatched
- On Hold
- Cleared
- Invoiced
- History
- After you select one of the groups, you will see a listing of all calls.
- Determine which call you would like to view and click on the blue service call number.
