New Service Call
To place a call, switch your location to Master. In Master mode, you can place service calls for multiple locations without having to switch locations for each service call. You may also Switch Locations to place a service call for that store only.
On the home page, click the “New Service Call” button (1) located in the Service Call Summary gray box at the bottom center of your screen or the “Service Call” icon (2) at the top of the main screen.

- Select "Existing Equipment" at the top of the page.
- To select the equipment, click the "..." button.
3. Search for the "Web Equipment" item. To quickly find the equipment associated with a particular location when in Master mode, search "store#-web".
4. Select the equipment.
All online service tickets should be placed to the web equipment item associated with the particular store.
5. All information for the store will auto populate on the next screen.
6. If you are not the primary contact, you may manually update the contact information accordingly.
7. Update the service call information fields and provide a detailed description of your problem.
8. Priority: Select Low, Med or High.
The "P1-ALT" code is a specialized code for a select group of customers. If this does not pertain to you, please do not select this priority level.

9. Once you click "Save", a ticket number is generated and your service call will appear in the "Pending Ticket Summary" on the Home Page.
